About the Company: A electric drive and automotive electronics company seeking expertise in the technical and application areas described in this position. The role offers a focused setting for translating specialist knowledge into research, engineering or organizational outcomes.

Target Candidates: Master’s or PhD in Vehicle, Electrical, Motor, Control, Mechanical or Power Electronics Engineering.

Responsibilities

•  Develop motors, inverters, reducers, controls and integrated e-drive systems for BEV and hybrid platforms.

•  Own system architecture, specification breakdown, component selection, simulation, prototyping and verification.

•  Develop 400 V, 800 V and 1,000 V platforms for efficiency, power density, reliability and vehicle compatibility.

•  Optimize electromagnetic design, power devices, thermal management, NVH and integration through production launch.

•  The position follows automotive development from technical definition through validation and production or application readiness. Engineering decisions should reflect performance, durability, safety and coordination with the relevant vehicle or component system.

Requirements

•  Master’s or PhD in Vehicle, Electrical, Motor, Control, Mechanical or Power Electronics Engineering.

•  E-drive, motor, inverter, reduction gear or powertrain development.

•  Simulation, bench/vehicle validation, functional safety and reliability; Maxwell, Motor-CAD, Ansys or Simulink preferred.

•  Candidates should be comfortable with structured validation, root-cause analysis and communication across design, testing, suppliers and manufacturing interfaces.
