Target Candidates: Bachelor’s degree or above in Vehicle, Powertrain, Mechanical or Control Engineering.

Responsibilities

•  Operate a SuperFlow air-cooled dynamometer for engine power calibration, turbocharger matching and intake/exhaust validation.

•  Design dynamic test cycles and control strategies to improve response and validity of measured data.

•  Use external ECU tools such as Haltech for calibration and integrated dynamometer testing.

•  Calibrate torque, temperature and pressure sensors; develop error-compensation methods, report performance and maintain test equipment.

•  The position follows automotive development from technical definition through validation and production or application readiness. Engineering decisions should reflect performance, durability, safety and coordination with the relevant vehicle or component system.

Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree or above in Vehicle, Powertrain, Mechanical or Control Engineering.

•  Experience with engine dynamometers, turbo matching, intake/exhaust validation, ECU calibration and data analysis.

•  SuperFlow or equivalent equipment, sensor calibration, anomaly detection and safe test planning preferred.

•  Candidates should be comfortable with structured validation, root-cause analysis and communication across design, testing, suppliers and manufacturing interfaces.
