Responsibilities

•  Lead product and project development for perovskite vacuum coating.

•  Develop and validate large-area vacuum flash-evaporation film formation.

•  Scale processes, optimize performance and drive industrial applications.

•  Set technical plans and manage experiments, milestones, teams and customer verification.

•  The position connects technology development with performance validation, production feasibility and application needs. Work should consider the relevant efficiency, safety, stability and lifecycle requirements described for the product or process.

•  Translate the stated responsibilities into clear work plans, review interim results against project objectives, and communicate progress, technical risks and next steps to the relevant team. Carry lessons from testing or implementation into the following development cycle.

Requirements

•  PhD in Photovoltaics, Materials, Semiconductor Thin Films, Vacuum Coating or Perovskite Solar Cells.

•  At least 10 years in photovoltaics and experience completing a perovskite project.

•  Vacuum deposition, large-area film formation and PV-device development.

•  Candidates should use experimental or engineering evidence to guide improvements and work constructively across R&D, testing, manufacturing and application functions.
