About the Company: A implantable medical device company seeking expertise in the technical and application areas described in this position. The role offers a focused setting for translating specialist knowledge into research, engineering or organizational outcomes.

Target Candidates: PhD in Psychiatry, Clinical Medicine, Neuroscience or Medical Engineering.

Responsibilities

•  Lead psychiatric medical-device clinical trials and prepare and quality-check the GCP document set.

•  Design clinically sound and registration-ready protocols with principal investigators.

•  Establish concomitant-medication traceability, drug–device risk assessment and psychiatric AE/SAE evaluation/reporting.

•  Prepare treatment guidance, training and CEP/CER/PMC documents for registration and postmarket follow-up.

•  The position links scientific or clinical needs with development, testing and application of the relevant technology. The work calls for careful documentation of evidence and coordination among research, product, quality or clinical colleagues as the project requires.

•  Translate the stated responsibilities into clear work plans, review interim results against project objectives, and communicate progress, technical risks and next steps to the relevant team. Carry lessons from testing or implementation into the following development cycle.

Requirements

•  PhD in Psychiatry, Clinical Medicine, Neuroscience or Medical Engineering.

•  At least two years of relevant experience; a physician’s license is preferred.

•  Psychiatric device trials, GCP, protocol design, AE/SAE reporting and clinical-regulatory writing.

•  Candidates should interpret experimental or clinical evidence carefully, communicate limitations clearly and work effectively with specialists across the applicable research and development stages.

Highlights & Support: Annual compensation: RMB 350,000–490,000; clinical translation and registration of psychiatric medical devices.
