Target Candidates: PhD in IC Design, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Devices or Electronics.

Responsibilities

•  Define analog-IC specifications and technical solutions.

•  Design, simulate and verify analog blocks and whole chips; work with layout engineers on post-layout optimization.

•  Support engineering-sample tests, data analysis and fault isolation.

•  Design NVM, ADC/DAC, amplifiers, sensors, clocks and power circuits in CMOS/BCD SoCs.

•  The position spans design choices, implementation and verification within the semiconductor development workflow. Technical decisions should be traceable to measurable performance, process or reliability targets in the products and projects described below.

•  Translate the stated responsibilities into clear work plans, review interim results against project objectives, and communicate progress, technical risks and next steps to the relevant team. Carry lessons from testing or implementation into the following development cycle.

Requirements

•  PhD in IC Design, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Devices or Electronics.

•  At least two years of analog/mixed-signal IC design; ADC/DAC experience preferred.

•  CMOS/BCD processes, local PDKs, EDA tools, tape-out verification and test closure.

•  Candidates should bring disciplined design reviews, test interpretation and problem resolution, together with clear communication across design, process, packaging and application interfaces where relevant.

Highlights & Support: High-precision, high-speed ADC/DAC and analog/mixed-signal chip development.
