About the Company: A high-tech company specializing in low-altitude economy & aerospace. It is recruiting overseas high-level talent across 3D Reconstruction Algorithm Expert, Reinforcement Learning Algorithm Expert and related areas.

Target Candidates: Overseas PhDs or senior algorithm experts in AI, large language models, multimodal algorithms, and machine learning engineering

Responsibilities

    •  Conduct R&D on vision-language model (VLM) algorithms for low-altitude and UAV application scenarios.

    •  Explore multimodal visual understanding and perception methods relevant to UAV intelligent systems.

    •  Design cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms linking algorithm development, engineering implementation, and testing.

    •  Support algorithm testing, verification, optimization, and engineering deployment in UAV-related systems.

Requirements

    •  PhD in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, Aerospace Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent research experience at a top-tier research institution.

    •  Practical research or project achievements in deep learning and related algorithm development.

    •  Familiarity with algorithm optimization and hardware-acceleration techniques.

    •  Experience in multimodal models, visual algorithms, UAV systems, or related machine-learning engineering is preferred.

Highlights & Support: This recruitment covers approximately 59 positions with compensation of above RMB 1M and RMB 500K–1M/year. Specific position level, compensation, and support terms can be further negotiated based on the candidate's academic background, project experience, commercialization achievements, and interview results.
