About the Company: A high-tech company specializing in safety, energy-saving & environmental protection. It is recruiting overseas high-level talent across Radar Product Line Lead (Anti-UAV), Radar Signal Processing Algorithm Expert and related areas.

Target Candidates: Senior R&D professionals in intelligent hardware, embedded software, sensors, electronic hardware, and communications systems

Responsibilities

    •  Contribute to the company's technology-strategy planning and execution for counter-UAV systems.

    •  Support end-to-end hardware development from pre-research and solution design through prototype fabrication, test verification, and mass-production ramp-up.

    •  Develop or integrate multimodal fusion-perception and image-recognition capabilities, including model training, optimization, compression, acceleration, and deployment.

    •  Participate in radar system algorithm design, simulation, verification, and performance evaluation for integrated anti-UAV solutions.

Requirements

    •  PhD in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or a related field, with 5+ years of military- or industrial-grade system-development experience.

    •  Familiarity with Kalman filtering, Dempster-Shafer theory, Bayesian probability estimation, or related fusion methods.

    •  Experience with vision foundation models such as CLIP, GroundingDINO, or SAM, including model use or training, is preferred.

    •  Familiarity with data-mining techniques and experience in complex system integration or engineering deployment.

Highlights & Support: This recruitment covers approximately 14 positions with compensation of RMB 500K–1M/year. Specific position level, compensation, and support terms can be further negotiated based on the candidate's academic background, project experience, commercialization achievements, and interview results.
