About the Company: A high-tech company specializing in safety, energy-saving & environmental protection. It is recruiting overseas high-level talent across Radar Product Line Lead (Anti-UAV), Radar Signal Processing Algorithm Expert and related areas.

Target Candidates: Senior R&D professionals in intelligent hardware, embedded software, sensors, electronic hardware, and communications systems

Responsibilities

    •  Lead technology-strategy planning and execution for the anti-UAV radar product line.

    •  Drive counter-UAV technology innovation and product-line technical roadmap development.

    •  Lead radar system algorithm design and development, including algorithm simulation and verification.

    •  Oversee radar performance evaluation and coordinate technical issues across product development and engineering delivery.

Requirements

    •  PhD in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or a related field, with 5+ years of military- or industrial-grade system-development experience.

    •  Familiarity with algorithms such as Kalman filtering, Dempster-Shafer theory, and Bayesian probability estimation.

    •  Experience with data-mining techniques and system-level algorithm development.

    •  Senior R&D experience in radar, sensing, electronic hardware, communications systems, or counter-UAV applications is preferred.

Highlights & Support: This recruitment covers approximately 14 positions with compensation of RMB 500K–1M/year. Specific position level, compensation, and support terms can be further negotiated based on the candidate's academic background, project experience, commercialization achievements, and interview results.
