About the Company: A high-tech company specializing in safety, energy-saving & environmental protection. It is recruiting overseas high-level talent across Radar Product Line Lead (Anti-UAV), Radar Signal Processing Algorithm Expert and related areas.

Target Candidates: Senior R&D professionals in intelligent hardware, embedded software, sensors, electronic hardware, and communications systems

Responsibilities

    •  Lead flight-control-related technical work for interceptor UAV projects within the counter-UAV product portfolio.

    •  Contribute to technology-strategy planning and execution and drive counter-UAV technology innovation.

    •  Coordinate system-level development activities across hardware, algorithms, sensing, and communications for project delivery.

    •  Organize algorithm simulation, verification, performance evaluation, and engineering validation for relevant UAV subsystems.

Requirements

    •  PhD in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or a related field, with 5+ years of military- or industrial-grade system-development experience.

    •  Senior R&D background in intelligent hardware, embedded software, sensors, electronic hardware, or communications systems.

    •  Experience in complex-system development, algorithm verification, and engineering deployment.

    •  Experience in UAV, flight-control, counter-UAV, or related defense/industrial systems is preferred.

Highlights & Support: This recruitment covers approximately 14 positions with compensation of RMB 500K–1M/year. Specific position level, compensation, and support terms can be further negotiated based on the candidate's academic background, project experience, commercialization achievements, and interview results.
