About the Company: A high-tech company specializing in marine engineering. It is recruiting overseas high-level talent across Robot Algorithm Architecture Engineer, Robot Control Algorithm Engineer and related areas.

Target Candidates: Senior R&D professionals in intelligent hardware, embedded software, sensors, electronic hardware, and communications systems

Responsibilities

    •  Develop environment-perception and object-recognition algorithms for autonomous-driving and robotic systems.

    •  Build perception solutions using common sensors such as cameras, LiDAR, and millimeter-wave radar.

    •  Contribute to the architecture design and development of algorithms related to robot autonomous driving and intelligent operation.

    •  Support algorithm implementation, system integration, debugging, and deployment on robotic computing platforms.

Requirements

    •  PhD or master's degree in Computer Science, Control, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

    •  Hands-on development, debugging, and deployment experience with wheeled or tracked robotic systems is preferred.

    •  Relevant experience in environment perception, object recognition, autonomous-driving algorithms, or multi-sensor systems.

    •  Senior R&D background in intelligent hardware, embedded software, sensors, electronic hardware, or communications systems is preferred.

Highlights & Support: This recruitment covers approximately 9 positions with compensation of above RMB 1M and RMB 500K–1M/year. Specific position level, compensation, and support terms can be further negotiated based on the candidate's academic background, project experience, commercialization achievements, and interview results.
