About the Company: A high-tech company specializing in new energy. It is recruiting overseas high-level talent across Chief Technology Officer, System Engineer and related areas.

Target Candidates: Overseas PhDs or technical leads in energy storage, batteries, power electronics, new energy systems, and BMS/PCS

Responsibilities

    •  Responsible for the overall BBU hardware-system architecture and solution development, including planning and budget allocation for power consumption, thermal management, signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC.

    •  As a power-technology expert, design and develop high-density, high-efficiency DC/DC power modules for the BBU.

    •  Responsible for the overall hardware system architecture design and solution development of the BBU.

    •  Lead the overall planning and budget allocation for power consumption, thermal management, signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC.

Requirements

    •  5+ years of R&D or system-design experience in communications power supplies, data-center power supplies, energy-storage systems, or related power-electronics products.

    •  Experience with BBU/UPS/energy-storage products is preferred.

    •  Master's degree or above in Electronics, Communications, Automation, or a related field, with 8+ years of R&D or system-design experience in communications power supplies, data-center power, energy-storage systems, or related power-electronics products.

    •  Experience with BBU/UPS/energy-storage products is preferred.

    •  PhD-level training or equivalent senior technical expertise in a relevant field.

    •  Relevant expertise in energy storage, batteries, power electronics, new energy systems, and BMS/PCS.

Highlights & Support: This recruitment covers approximately 4 positions with compensation of above RMB 1M, RMB 500K–1M, and below 500K/year. Specific position level, compensation, and support terms can be further negotiated based on the candidate's academic background, project experience, commercialization achievements, and interview results.
