About the Company: A high-tech company specializing in smart terminals. It is recruiting overseas high-level talent across AI Platform Technical Expert (Smart Cooking Robot), Mechanical Structure Engineer and related areas.

Target Candidates: Senior R&D professionals in intelligent hardware, embedded software, sensors, electronic hardware, and communications systems

Responsibilities

    •  Formulate and monitor hardware project plans for robotics products.

    •  Coordinate project-team members and cross-functional resources to keep development activities on schedule.

    •  Manage project issues and risks and drive them to closure throughout the hardware development lifecycle.

    •  Decompose product-level hardware requirements, define hardware solution architecture, and specify electrical design requirements.

Requirements

    •  Strong ability to understand technical solutions and the full product development lifecycle.

    •  Experience independently developing and delivering at least two mass-produced products.

    •  R&D project-management experience, with a proven record of leading end-to-end delivery of in-house developed projects.

    •  Relevant senior R&D background in intelligent hardware, embedded systems, sensors, electronic hardware, or communications systems.

Highlights & Support: This recruitment covers approximately 4 positions with compensation of RMB 500K–1M/year. Specific position level, compensation, and support terms can be further negotiated based on the candidate's academic background, project experience, commercialization achievements, and interview results.
