About the Company: A motor company integrating the R&D and manufacturing of motors, drives, and inverters, with products exported to more than 80 countries and regions.

Target Candidates: Overseas PhDs or senior R&D professionals in high-efficiency motors, motor drives, inverters, low-carbon energy-saving motor systems, and construction-machinery motor applications

Responsibilities

    •  Lead high-efficiency motor design and R&D, improving efficiency, power density, reliability, noise performance, and overall energy efficiency.

    •  Conduct R&D in motor drives, inverters, control algorithms, and system integration, supporting application upgrades in end-use industries.

    •  Around construction-machinery motor applications — carry out working-condition adaptation, thermal management, NVH, and reliability verification.

    •  Participate in IEC and domestic related standards, product certification, technical platform building, and international market technical support.

Requirements

    •  Master's or PhD in Motor & Electrical, Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.

    •  R&D experience in high-efficiency motors, motor drives, inverters, construction-machinery motors, or energy-saving systems.

    •  Familiar with electromagnetic design, drive control, thermal analysis, NVH, reliability testing, and domestic/international motor standards.

    •  Experience at international motor companies, host customer projects, or standardization work is preferred.
