About the Company: A high-tech company specializing in semiconductor & integrated circuits. It is recruiting overseas high-level talent in areas such as Senior Analog IC Design Engineer.

Target Candidates: Overseas master's/PhD graduates or senior experts in semiconductor chips, AI acceleration, EDA, hardware architecture, and embedded systems

Responsibilities

    •  Independently own the design and simulation verification of related analog circuits.

    •  Assist in developing CP/FT (circuit probe/final test) programs for project products.

    •  Participate in product testing and validation, as well as application-solution design.

    •  Assist layout engineers with layout design and clarify layout-design requirements.

Requirements

    •  Master's degree or above, preferably in microelectronics or circuit-related fields, with 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred.

    •  Display driver or power management IC design experience is a plus.

    •  Familiar with CMOS and BiCMOS device principles, and understand the process flow.

    •  Solid theoretical foundation in integrated circuits, with the ability to independently complete circuit-design derivations.

Highlights & Support: This recruitment covers approximately 1 position with compensation of RMB 500K–1M/year. Specific position level, compensation, and support terms can be further negotiated based on the candidate's academic background, project experience, commercialization achievements, and interview results.
