About the Company: A listed pharmaceutical holding group covering pharmaceutical group operations, medical device business, international new-drug registration, chemical R&D, marketing, and AI drug discovery.

Target Candidates: PhDs with cross-disciplinary backgrounds in AI and pharmaceuticals, or AI-pharma team leads

Responsibilities

    •  Build the AI drug R&D team, and establish AI drug design, candidate-compound generation, screening, and optimization platforms.

    •  Develop and apply AI models to improve drug-discovery efficiency, supporting small- and large-molecule drug design and improving prediction accuracy.

    •  Manage and analyze large-scale drug R&D data — developing data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and validation tools.

    •  Collaborate closely with existing R&D teams to apply AI in TCM and chemical-drug upgrades and innovative drug R&D.

Requirements

    •  Must have an AI/algorithm/software + pharmaceutical cross-disciplinary background; single technology background is not sufficient.

    •  Strong expertise and a successful track record in AI pharma, computational chemistry, drug design, machine learning, or clinical data modeling.

    •  International vision, global pharmaceutical resources, team building, and independent working capability are preferred.

    •  Must have an AI/algorithm/software + pharmaceutical cross-disciplinary background.
